3. WCOC Sprints at Bennett's Farm, Ridgefield, CT, Janaury 28. Sprint A, 2.4 km, 80m, 19:10. And one more decent run, only miss here was at #6, even though I'd already been to the point twice!

Running overall was not bad, not good. Legs sore but not terrible, ran up most of the hills, but didn't have any speed. Should be a couple minutes faster on each of these.

2. WCOC Sprints at Bennett's Farm, Ridgefield, CT, Janaury 28. Sprint B, 2.4 km, 70m, 19:55. Another decent run, only miss was at #5, flag was on the third rock I visited. Also came out of #3 a little too far left.

1. WCOC Sprints at Bennett's Farm, Ridgefield, CT, Janaury 28. Sprint C, 2.4 km, 90m, 20:13. First orienteering in two and a half months, a little rusty but not bad, keeping my eyes open pretty well. Green was quite variable, didn't want to mess to some of it (multi-flora rose or something similar), whereas in other places it was just a matter of picking your way. One mistake, circled around at #4 before I realized which cliff the flag was on.
